The module facilitates customization of the system to the organizations processes and operations. This includes

      • Creating the Organization hierarchical (Tree) structure Supports creation of multi-company structure, Cost centre structure, pay point structure, grades and any user defined structure type.

      • Data range restrictions (i.e., some employees may be restricted from accessing information on staff belonging to a certain grade, location, etc.)
      • The system logs activity and identify potential violation to avoid the risk of unauthorised /inappropriate access to the entity’s relevant reporting application and data
      • Effective mechanism put in place to ensure segregation of duties conflicts do not exist for users having access to multiple system profiles
